Whether this is your first, second or fifth – it is a time for excitement, celebration and love. I am a doula & physio and I LOVE how amazing the female body is!

I was frustrated with hearing that women were not enjoying their pregnancies and birth experiences, so I started to Google what I could do to help my friends and loved ones. I created the Birth Sweet to ensure all women had access to the tools they need during one of the most exciting and joyous periods of our lives. I love to help women and their partners to be strong, confident and enjoy bringing their babies into the world! You’ve got this. Trust me. I’ll support you to come into your own and birth your baby like your mind and body know how – it’s in there.

My secret? You! You know how to birth your baby, you are the centre of your baby’s world and only YOU can make the right choices for you, your baby and your partner.

I'm pretty lucky I get to partner up with my mum to support mums just like us. 

Georgina brings a touch of love to the Birth Sweet, with her knowledge and experience in the art of reflexology. Her gentle hands and soothing techniques have the power to melt away stress and bring balance to both body and mind. I can say from experience, it's like she has a secret superpower that leaves mums feeling rejuvenated and ready to take on the world!

She loves supporting women through her reflexology practice, especially with anything hormones. Think; morning sickness, postpartum depletion, endometriosis, sleep disturbances, the list goes on. So, whether you're a soon-to-be mum or already navigating the beautiful chaos of motherhood, Georgina is here to support you every step of the way. Trust me, you won't find a more talented reflexologist than my amazing mum!
