What does it taste like?

Berry Immune super berry powder tastes like a sweet tutti frutti berry explosion with a tiny bit of tang. We have combined only the best refractance window dried berries and fruits with nutrient rich superfoods to bring you an immune boosting taste sensation that the kids will be bugging you for.

Are the flavours natural?

Yes! Our flavours are 100% natural. We use premium plant-based ingredients and rely on natural processing methods such as heating, fermenting, and pressing to provide kids with comprehensive immune support. There is nothing artificial in Berry Immune.

Is Berry Immune gluten free?

Yes! The recipe does not contain any gluten containing ingredients and we make sure that Berry Immune is manufactured and packed in a gluten free environment.

I am a grown up, can I have some?

NO, go find some grown up food! (only kidding) anyone can have our delicious and nutritious Berry Immune. We specifically designed this product to meet young children's needs (between 1-3 years). However anyone older than 1 year of age can take this product, including adults. As an adult your body needs a higher amount of nutrients, but that doesn't mean you can't take this product.

Is it pregnancy and breastfeeding friendly?

Yes! In saying this, we do advise on all of our product pages to seek the advice of your primary health care professional when taking our products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We only say this as we believe that every pregnancy is different, taking a toll differently on each individual body in vitamin, mineral and energy levels. We invite you to research the product to ensure that you are not sensitive to any particular ingredients. 

Is it vegan?

Yes it sure is.

Are the canisters recyclable?

Yes they are.

What does refractance dried mean?

Refractance window drying is the name of the drying method of choice for all of Nutra Organics fruit and veggie powders, the reason we use it is simply because it’s the best. Refractance window drying is the most effective drying method for nutrient retention which is super important when we’re talking about water soluble vitamins and antioxidants (hello Berry Immune!). We want as much of these volatile nutrients in our product as possible, other drying methods such as spray drying/drum drying involve high heat which destroy these precious nutrients in seconds. It also goes without saying that if this method is the best for nutrient retention, it’s also the clear winner for savouring the colour, flavour and aroma of our fruit powders which is why Berry Immune tastes as good as it looks.

Can children under one consume Berry Immune?

Unfortunately our super berry powder is not suitable for children under the age of one as it is not designed to be a sole source of nutrition and doesn’t fit the very specific criteria for foods suitable for infants.

Why has the formulation changed?

We have made some exciting changes to Berry Immune! The product is now a smaller serving size of 5g, but with even greater potency. So more benefits and better value for customers.

We have reduced the amount of hygroscopic ingredients (ingredients harden when exposed to moisture), meaning the product has a better shelf life and the powder will stay free flowing for longer. Finally, we have swapped Shiitake mushroom to White Button mushroom, which has doubled the Vitamin D amount per serve.

Still the same delicious taste, but now with greater potency, shelf life & value!
